About ReviewFlow

ReviewFlow ("we," "us," or "our") provides a software service that helps businesses sync reviews, generate social captions, and publish content to connected platforms. By accessing or using ReviewFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Account Registration

You must create and maintain an account to use the ReviewFlow application. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions may renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription in accordance with Stripe and in-app flows. Fees are charged as displayed at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ReviewFlow to post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • Interfere with or abuse the service, other users, or third-party platforms.
  • Violate applicable laws or the terms of third-party services you connect (including Google Business Profile and Meta).

Content Rights

You retain ownership of content you provide (including reviews, captions, brand assets, and media). You grant ReviewFlow a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

Third-Party Integrations

ReviewFlow may connect to Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, and other services. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability or actions.

Disclaimers of Warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewFlow and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or fifty U.S. dollars if none).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
